Can Pisces Lagna wear Sodalite?
Sodalite (Sodalite) is ruled by Saturn. Here's what Vedic astrology says for Pisces (Meena) rising.
Why
For Pisces (Meena) Ascendant, Saturn rules the 11th house (gains, income and networks) and the 12th house (expenses, losses, foreign lands and liberation). Lordship of only difficult houses makes Saturn a functional malefic for Pisces Lagna. Classical guidance is not to strengthen it with its gemstone. Because Sodalite is a modern healing crystal rather than a Jyotish ratna, keeping it in your space (not worn as a ring) is a gentler way to use it.
Meena Lagna, ruled by Jupiter, gives a compassionate, artistic and spiritual nature. You absorb the moods of others and thrive in creative or healing work.
Best stones for Pisces Lagna
The three classically safest stones for any Lagna belong to the lords of the 1st, 5th and 9th houses (the trikonas). For Pisces they are:
If you do wear Sodalite
- Finger & metal: Middle finger of the right hand, if worn as a ring, Silver, panchdhatu or no metal (beads on thread)
- Day & time: Saturday, Evening, or before meditation or study
- Mantra: Om Praam Preem Praum Sah Shanaye Namah — 108 times
