These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of theindianvediccrystal.com (the "Site"), operated by The Indian Vedic Crystal ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What we provide

The Site offers free Vedic astrology calculators, crystal and gemstone information, and — where available — the option to order crystals or reports. Tool results are generated automatically from the birth details you enter, using traditional Jyotish rules and astronomical calculations.

2. Spiritual and educational purpose only

All content is provided for spiritual, cultural, educational and entertainment purposes. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice, and no crystal or gemstone is guaranteed to produce any result. Never delay or stop medical treatment, or make major financial or life decisions, based on content from this Site. Please read our Disclaimer.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place orders or submit your contact details.

4. Accuracy

We work to keep calculations and content accurate, but astrology interpretations differ between traditions and astrologers, and errors can occur (for example from an incorrect birth time or place). The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

5. Your use of the Site

• Do not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at a volume that harms performance, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• Only enter birth details of other people (partners, family members) with their knowledge.
• Shareable result cards are for personal, non-commercial sharing.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's text, design, graphics, code and data compilations belong to The Indian Vedic Crystal or its licensors. You may share links and your own result cards, but you may not copy or republish substantial parts of the Site without written permission.

7. Products and our store, Namaveda

Product recommendations on the Site link to our own online store, Namaveda (namaveda.in). Orders placed there are governed by Namaveda's terms, shipping and refund policies. Prices shown on this Site are synced periodically and may differ from the store; the price at checkout applies. "Energised" refers to a traditional cleansing and mantra ritual and is not a claim of any measurable effect.

8. Affiliate links and third parties

Some links go to third-party stores (such as Amazon) and may earn us a commission. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, pricing, delivery or policies. City search is provided by the Open-Meteo geocoding service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Indian Vedic Crystal is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
