Can Libra Lagna wear Cat's Eye?
Cat's Eye (Lehsunia) is ruled by Ketu. Here's what Vedic astrology says for Libra (Tula) rising.
Why
Ketu is a shadow planet and owns no sign, so it acts according to the house it occupies and the lord of that sign in your personal chart. For Libra Lagna there is no blanket rule — Cat's Eye can be very helpful during a Ketu Mahadasha or when Ketu sits in a good house, and unsettling otherwise.
Tula Lagna natives are diplomatic, charming and aesthetic, with Venus guiding the chart. Partnerships define your path — in love, business and friendship.
