Can Cancer Lagna wear Amazonite?
Amazonite (Harit Feldspar) is ruled by Mercury. Here's what Vedic astrology says for Cancer (Karka) rising.
Why
For Cancer (Karka) Ascendant, Mercury rules the 3rd house (courage, siblings and communication) and the 12th house (expenses, losses, foreign lands and liberation). Lordship of only difficult houses makes Mercury a functional malefic for Cancer Lagna. Classical guidance is not to strengthen it with its gemstone. Because Amazonite is a modern healing crystal rather than a Jyotish ratna, keeping it in your space (not worn as a ring) is a gentler way to use it.
Karka Lagna, ruled by the Moon, gives a protective, intuitive and deeply caring nature. Home and family are your foundation, and your moods follow the lunar tides.
Best stones for Cancer Lagna
